Yes! You can upgrade to All-Inclusive or Ultra All-Inclusive for a small supplement per person per day (check availability and prices at your accommodation or through our Reservations Department).

Can I cancel or modify my booking? Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Modifications:

You can request a booking modification to increase the initial booking amount, subject to availability.

  • The modification fee is €20 per booking if requested via the official website’s modification form, or €30 per booking if requested via phone through Magic Costa Blanca’s Call Centre. In both cases, the fee is non-refundable.

  • If you have purchased the Secure Rate, you can modify your booking (subject to availability) if requested at least 4 days before the arrival date. The modification fee is €10 per booking, whether done online or by phone (non-refundable).

Cancellations:

  • If you have purchased the Secure Rate, you can cancel for free up to 4 days before your arrival for an extra fee of up to 10% of the total booking amount (except for non-refundable bookings).

  • If you haven't purchased the Secure Rate:

    1. Cancellations 7 to 6 days before arrival – 25% of the booking amount will be charged.

    2. Cancellations 5 to 3 days before arrival – 35% will be charged.

    3. Cancellations 2 days before arrival – 80% will be charged.

    4. Cancellations 1 day before arrival, no-show, or withdrawal during the stay – 100% will be charged.

Yes! With your booking at Magic Natura Resort, you get direct and free access to the Terra Natura and Aqua Natura parks, as well as themed restaurants with stunning views and pools overlooking the natural park and animals (subject to availability and park opening schedules).

What time can I check in and when must I check out of my cabin? What time can I check in and when must I check out of my cabin?

Cabins will be available from 17:00 onwards. However, you can enjoy our facilities from the moment you arrive. You may also leave your luggage at the resort reception until your room is ready. During this time, we will be preparing your accommodation with great care and will do our best to have it ready before the scheduled time*.

Check-out time is 10:00, although you can request our late check-out service, subject to availability.

You can enjoy bar and restaurant services (if included in your booking) from 12:00 (the first included service is lunch) until 12:00 noon on your departure day (the last included service is breakfast).

You also have the option to stay for lunch and extend your stay (late check-out) or even stay an extra night (please check prices at reception).

* Check-in and check-out times are subject to Decree 19/97 of 11 February of the Tourism Accommodation Law of the Valencian Community, Article 7.

At Magic, we want our guests to enjoy the best service and the most convenient options during their stay. That’s why we offer a shuttle service that takes you directly to your hotel door.

Additionally, for stays of 5 nights or more, this service is FREE (only available when booking through our official website).

AVAILABLE OPTIONS:

  • ECONOMIC: The shuttle service operates from the airport to your accommodation.

  • AVE: For guests arriving by high-speed train (AVE), the shuttle service is also free! It operates from the train station to your accommodation.

⚠️ Important:

  • Each guest may bring one piece of hand luggage + one additional item.

  • No wheelchair-accessible buses are available.

  • Transfers are only valid for arrival and departure dates.

  • For bookings made less than 48 hours in advance, shuttle service is subject to availability.

At Magic, we work each season to incorporate gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegetarian options into our menus and buffets.

Our accommodations offer restaurants/buffets where you can select the food that best suits your needs. However, if you have any allergy or special request, simply inform the maître, who will be at the entrance of the restaurant, and they will guide you on what foods you can safely eat.

Our kitchen staff can also prepare a special meal with 24 hours’ notice.

No. All guests can access all pools freely, although the company reserves the right to establish specific time slots for premium guests.

This accommodation does not accept pets, but Magic Costa Blanca can help you arrange boarding for your furry friend at the prestigious New CARABY Residence (free for 7-night stays or more – 1 pet per booking). You can contact them at 965 85 59 81.
